Executive Chef Alejandro (Alex) Zuno has more than 15 years of culinary experience in award winning restaurants throughout Mexico and Argentina as well as a seasoned Catering & Event professional with over 500 successful events to his credit and as a private chef for countless high net worth individuals. Chef Alex began his culinary journey at age 17 working in local restaurants in Guadalajara and completed his culinary degree at Colegio Gastronomico Internacional in Guadalajara at age 22. He has been a private chef for a number of estates and villas surrounding Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he prepared meals and events for A-List celebrities including: Reese Weatherspoon, Pitbull, Kanye West & Kim Kardashian, the entire Kardashian Family and Kevin Huvane (Managing Partner of CAA talent agency). Alex works with passion and high ideals as a member of the Slow Food Movement, an active promoter of local, organic and sustainable products in San Miguel and also produces organic microgreens, mushrooms and organic baby produce in a family-owned farm in Guadalajara.
