OUR CHEF

Our Executive Chef, Alejandro Zuno, has more than 15 years of culinary experience in award winning restaurants throughout Mexico and Argentina as well as a seasoned Catering & Event professional with over 500 successful events.

He is member of the Slow Food Movement and a feverous believer of using fresh, organic, local & sustainable products. Also he produces organic microgreens, mushrooms and organic baby products in a family-owned farm in Guadalajara.

He has been a private chef for a number of estates and villas surrounding Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he prepared meals and events for A-List celebrities including: Reese Weatherspoon, Pitbull, Kanye West & Kim Kardashian, the entire Kardashian Family and Kevin Huvane.
